Located In beautiful downtown Guelph, Surrey Street Medical proudly serves a community of 131,000 residents and 29,000 University students. Our services and specialists draw patients from the Golden Triangle and three surrounding counties, helping us deliver quality healthcare to over half a million people.

Our mandate is to provide Guelph with the largest, most user friendly Medical Centre in the heart of the downtown core.
We offer FREE parking for patients and are centrally located for those unable to drive to other centres on the outskirts of the city. We are currently exploring additional parking options to accommodate current and future growth models.
